Jim Shore is well known for his intricate designs which were inspired by his Grandmothers quilting. He has excelled himself in designing many different ranges of Christmas ornaments over the years. The Gingerbread Gent is just one in a long range of GINGERBREAD pieces he has created. He has a partner Gingerbread Sweetie who can be purchased with hi or separately. In the range he also has a light up gingerbread house. The colours are pastel green, pastel blue, pastel red and the base in covered in white glitter snow. Gingerbread Gent is holding a small green tree with red baubles and stars, with a traditional star on top.

This piece with be a valued addition to any Jim Shore collection and one must remember that Jim Shore pieces become highly collectible as in later years these particular pieces will no longer be available, adding to their collectible value.

Born in the UK in 1866 during the Victorian era of spectacles and suspenders.  Her most well-known childrens’ stories of Peter Rabbit, Jemima Puddle-Duck and Squirrel Nutkin among many others were published between 1901 and 1930 and are still well loved by many.

In 1987 the Beatrix Potter licensors formed a partnership with Enesco and have over the years designed and developed a wide range of kitchenware, plush toys, figurines and Christmas stockings among other branded collectables in a detailed and well recognisable style.
